  • We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within India.
    (International shipping is not available at the moment but may be introduced in the future.)

  • Estimated delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

  • Dniza Chikankari is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or natural events.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us with clear photos of the issue.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
