Return & Refund Policy

At Dniza Chikankari, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product does not match the description.

  • There is a sizing issue (exchange or store credit available).


2. Sizing Issues

  • If the item does not fit, you can exchange it for a different size.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags.

  • Return shipping charges for size-related exchanges will be borne by Dniza Chikankari. Size exchanges are free for customers.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the defect/damage and your order details.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after verification.


4. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • We will arrange a courier pickup and provide a return shipping label via email or WhatsApp.

  • You do not need to drop off the parcel yourself.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.


5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

  • For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item.

  • In case of store credit, a gift card or discount code will be issued.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items without original packaging or tags.

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.


7. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective/damaged items or incorrect orders.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.


8. Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Delays in refund processing may occur due to banking procedures.
